Our carp fisheries the Rise

The largest of our carp fisheries is the Rise it was formed in 2007 and in a very short time has gained a reputation for being a well run carp fishery in beautiful surroundings situated in the essex countryside. During 2007 carp were regularly caught over twenty pounds with many up to 29lbs14oz.

The fish in our carp fisheries have grown on fast due to good water quality and the abundance of natural food. At the Rise numbers are strictly limited.

The season runs from 1st April until 25th March each year. Places will be offered to potential new members from our waiting list after all existing members have been offered the chance to renew their membership.

Carp fisheries the 2008 season

It is now possible for 10 syndicate members to also enjoy fishing two more lakes at the mill on a gold card.( ask for details )
